Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Part-Time Customer Success
Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the dedicated advocate for clients, ensuring their needs are
met throughout the training journey
Manage the customer journey from pre-sale planning through program
completion, ensuring satisfaction and timeline expectations are
met
Analyze course data and develop reports for clients and team
members, suggesting opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
3+ years in a customer-facing project management or operations
role, preferably in education or client service-focused
organizations
Experience using project management tools such as Jira or
ClickUp
Strong time management and project organization skills
Familiarity with Google and Microsoft Office applications
Interest in learning about data and AI upskilling
