A company is looking for a Director of Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Promote the firm's mission and culture through effective leadership
and management
Develop and oversee workflow, processes, and Standard Operating
Procedures
Manage support staff and conduct performance reviews while
facilitating team meetings
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in the investment industry
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
Complete knowledge of financial products used by the firm
Strong technical aptitude with business tools such as Microsoft
Office and Salesforce
Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality
and integrity of sensitive information
