Job Description:
A company is looking for a Coding Manager to oversee daily
coding operations and ensure compliance with coding standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee coding specialists and daily coding
operations
Implement policies to promote accurate coding and reduce
denials
Conduct coding education and monitor coding accuracy among
providers and specialists
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
3 years of experience in physician and outpatient coding in a
leadership position
Knowledge of orthopedics, pain management, and therapy coding
Familiarity with coding and billing compliance in physician
practices and ambulatory surgery centers
Relevant certifications such as RHIA, RHIT, CPC, COC, or CCS-P are
preferred
