A background in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related human-services field is preferred. 2 years of direct ABA experience under BCBA supervision , supporting individuals with developmental disabilities Current RBT, ABAT, or BCAT certification Reliable transportation and ability to travel within a 20-mile radius Ability to pass FBI & DOJ background checks and TB testing COVID-19 vaccination may be required by certain partner schools/organizations Schedule & Availability Start Part-Time , with a pathway to Full-Time based on your availability and client needs Minimum 15 hours/week Peak hours: Weekdays 2:00–8:00 PM (some morning/early afternoon shifts available) Full-Time requires open availability: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–8:00 PM , Sat 9:00 AM–3:00 PM Maintain stated availability for at least 4 months for client consistency Service area: In-home sessions within 20 miles of your primary home ZIP Physical Requirements- This is an active, engaging clinical role!
