(onsite) Employment Type: Contract Business Unit: Discovery Technologies Duration: 12 months with likely extensions and/or conversion to permanent Posting Date: 1/28/2022 3 Key Consulting is hiring a Scientist Senior Associate for a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company. Job Description: Looking for a highly motivated and skilled bench scientist to join B&P (Bioprocess and Profiling) at our client’s location in Thousand Oaks, Ca., in support of IPP and small molecule pipeline projects from assay development to UHTS hits assessment and Medchem support. An ideal candidate should have a strong background in molecular & cellular biology and biochemistry. In scope activities include developing MICROTITER PLATE-based biochemical and cell-based assays for the detection of given analytes. Experiences developing and execution of TR-FRET, Alpha-screen, Cell Titer Glo and HiBiT-Nano-Glo assays is preferred. Fresh PHD OR Masters with 5 YOE is enough strategic space hands on experience sufficient training with Induced proximity platform for oncology. Develop assays biochemical using proteins measure in the cell or with protein. Job Details: Seeking a highly motivated and skilled bench scientist to join B&P at ATO in support of IPP and small molecule pipeline projects from assay development to UHTS hits assessment and MoA studies. An ideal candidate should have a strong background in molecular & cellular biology and biochemistry. In scope activities include developing biochemical and cell-based assays for the detection of given analytes. Experiences in gene-editing and CRISPR will be a plus. B&P: Bioassay and Profiling, a group under Discovery Technologies. IPP: Induced-Proximity Platform UHTS: Ultra High Throughput Screening MoA: Mechanism of Action Monitors or follows established experimental design and protocols and performs routine tasks and studies to obtain reproducible and reliable results with limited supervision.
