Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Agent I to provide
efficient consumer service through various contact center
technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Support a designated line of business by addressing consumer
inquiries and resolving non-clinical issues
Demonstrate empathy and clear communication to foster positive
consumer experiences
Operate within contact center standards while sharing best
practices and identifying improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree
preferred
Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a
healthcare setting
PC skills including Microsoft Office
Bilingual skills may be required based on operational needs
