Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst 1.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and analyze key sales performance indicators (KPIs) to
uncover trends and areas for improvement
Support the development and implementation of data-driven sales
strategies through analytical insights
Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and generate reports to support
strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics,
Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and
data manipulation
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Previous internship or project experience in an analytical role
A proactive and self-motivated approach with a strong desire to
learn and grow in the field
