Job Description:
A company is looking for an IAM Support Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 16x7 support for clients, including weekends and
evenings
Develop and support IAM solutions while managing user identities
and access rights
Respond to L1 and L2 support tickets and deliver reports, metrics,
and KPIs in a timely manner
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in the IAM domain
Proficiency in at least two IAM products (SailPoint, CyberArk,
Okta, etc.)
Understanding of IAM solution design and configuration
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Technology, or a related field
Minimum 5-8 years of overall experience
