Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Process Consultant to join
their Operations team in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage operational aspects of assigned projects,
maintaining a project management mindset
Lead complex projects requiring cross-functional coordination and
manage the full project life cycle
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external
customers to influence project teams and gain consensus on
solutions
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in full life cycle project management or
healthcare operations
Experience with Microsoft Office Software Programs/Smartsheet or
other project management tools
Proven ability to manage group relationships across diverse
geographic locations
Demonstrated ability to operate through complex organizational
situations
Health plan, healthcare, or clinic operations experience
preferred
