Job Description:
A company is looking for Senior and Lead Electrical Designers to
join their Power Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects and teams in delivering electrical designs and 3D
models for power generation projects
Generate electrical layouts and drawings, including raceway,
lighting, and power plans from 3D models
Coordinate with project teams and mentor junior staff while
managing project schedules, budgets, and scopes
Required Qualifications
At least 10+ years of experience in electrical component and
systems design, preferably in power or heavy industry
Proficiency in 3D modeling, preferably using SmartPlant3D or
similar tools
Experience in generating electrical designs including layouts,
P&IDs, and performing relevant calculations
Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and lead team
meetings
Capacity to work independently with limited direction and mentor
junior designers
