Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Estimator.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare bottoms-up and top-down cost estimates from plans and
documents
Analyze subconsultant and contractor cost proposals for
reasonableness
Assist project management staff with budget preparation and project
scope management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction
Management preferred
5+ years of cost estimating experience
Experience with complex major transportation infrastructure
programs
Familiarity with construction means and methods
Experience preparing Design-Build and Operations and Maintenance
estimates
