Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst to partner with their benefits team in evaluating, designing, and implementing benefits solutions for healthcare and not-for-profit clients.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in analytical aspects of benefits engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables
Conduct research, benchmarking, and financial modeling to support benefits-related recommendations
Collaborate with senior benefits consultants to develop and implement benefits solutions for clients

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, ideally with an emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting, or health care administration
2-4 years of business-related experience, preferably in benefits, compensation, HR analytics, or financial modeling
Solid technical knowledge and experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Understanding of relevant benefits laws and regulations affecting health care and not-for-profit clients
Experience working within a consulting, compensation, or health care-related firm preferred
