Job Description:
A company is looking for a State Organizer & Campaigner to build
a community of Jews of Color addressing the climate crisis.
Key Responsibilities
Build a robust community of Jews of Color to take action on the
climate crisis through various initiatives
Develop and implement a long-term strategic plan for the caucus in
collaboration with members
Host regular virtual and potential in-person gatherings to foster
community engagement and action
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to build and foster a new community
Organizing experience, including executing strategic plans and
recruiting members
Experience working with Jews of Color communities
Ability to develop individuals into organizers and leaders through
training and mentorship
Experience navigating diverse communities around lines of
difference
