A company is looking for a Home and Auto Insurance Verifier.
Key Responsibilities
Research accounts to verify insurance policy status through
outbound calls and online resources
Assist callers with inquiries regarding insurance letters and proof
of coverage
Maintain professional relationships with clients and attend
departmental meetings as needed
Required Qualifications
Experience in a call center environment, specifically in insurance
or banking
Background in customer service
Knowledge of home or auto insurance
High-speed internet connection capable of over 100 mbps
Smartphone for dual authentication requirements
