Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate to conduct research and
support investment decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct full life cycle research projects, including data
gathering, model estimation, and presentation of findings
Collect and analyze market-specific indicators to enhance tactical
asset allocation decisions
Collaborate with fixed income teams to communicate research
insights effectively
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related
Quantitative field
Two years of experience applying quantitative research to
investment problems
Proficiency in advanced quantitative methods and machine learning
models
Experience manipulating large datasets and utilizing various
programming tools such as Python and R
Familiarity with version control tools and collaborative coding
environments
