Job Description:
A company is looking for an Insider Threat Program Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage the Insider Threat Program in
alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
Conduct assessments to identify potential insider threats and
analyze patterns indicating risk
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce
policies and controls to mitigate insider threats
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information
Security, or a related field; advanced degrees and relevant
certifications are a plus
Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3
years in insider threat management within the semiconductor or
technology industry
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and insider threat
detection tools
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets to identify
potential security risks
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving
organizational change
