A company is looking for a Design Lead to join their growing
Design team.
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer needs and industry trends to create innovative
design experiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, launch, and
improve products
Contribute to the development of a robust design system and
maintain high design quality
Required Qualifications
6 - 8+ years of experience as a Product Designer
Demonstrated impact on product strategy and customer experience,
preferably in Fintech or Consumer Tech
Strong visual design competency and outstanding UX capabilities
Experience in the end-to-end design process and applying consumer
insights to inform design decisions
Growth mindset with a passion for iterative design and continuous
improvement
