Job Description:
A company is looking for a CX Training Facilitator who will
enhance the Customer Experience teams through effective training
and development.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging training sessions for new hires and ongoing team
development
Collaborate with the content team to improve training materials
based on effectiveness
Analyze performance trends to identify learning opportunities and
create tailored training plans
Required Qualifications
1+ year of experience in a training facilitator role
Proven success in coaching or mentoring peers
Experience with training tools like Lessonly/Seismic Learning or
Articulate/Reach
Strong understanding of modern training methods and e-learning
platforms
Comfort with Salesforce in a support/training setting
