Medicare File Coordinator

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Medicare File Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities

Perform quality assurance reviews of information, correspondences, and files
Ensure all cases contain the correct information for the examination process and audit files for compliance
Assist with data entry of billing information and notify management of any case issues

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
A minimum of two years clinical or related field experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Medicare knowledge or experience is a plus
Knowledgeable of multiple software programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Must be able to maintain confidentiality and promote a positive team-oriented environment
