This position will ensure the organization can leverage technology to drive business growth and improve customer experience via the delivery of IT solutions.What You Will Do
• Project Management:

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and expectations.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to project teams to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements.
• Manage resource allocation of technical resources, vendors, and ensure effective use of skills and expertise within the team.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and status reports.
• Solution Design:
  • Collaborate with architects and other technical experts to design robust infrastructure solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the delivery of technical solutions.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards.
  • Work with external vendors and stakeholders to ensure design solution integration meets business requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance service delivery.What You Will Bring
    • Minimum 8 years' experience managing IT infrastructure projects.
    • Experience with project management methodologies (i.e., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, risk management, QA, etc.).
    • Vendor and stakeholder management experience with IT governance and compliance.
    • PMP certification with PMI, ITIL Foundation, Agile training, and experience working with project management tools (i.e., MS Project) required.
    • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including networking, servers, storage, and cloud computing.
    • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Ability to lead and motivate technical teams.Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking, vision to monitor, and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
