Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have entry level administrative, project coordinator, or similar experience. A 4-year degree in finance, business, computer science, or related is strongly preferred. Experience working with a CRM system is a plus!

This position will interact with various departments including billing/accounting/finance, sales/service, as well as the technology team. This position is responsible for managing new and existing client relationships, projects and finances and to ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met according to time and budget constraints, ensure the projects adhere and comply with standard implementation procedures. This position will help build proposals and cost/timing structures to ensure that client needs are met and are within budget. Proficient in MS Project, MS Office, MS Outlook. Requires excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Bachelor degree in a technical or business field and advanced university degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MS, PhD).
