Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract qualified
candidates
Utilize an applicant tracking system to analyze applicant
information and conduct interviews
Extend job offers and finalize candidate placements in the tracking
system
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree preferred
One (1) year of high-volume recruiting experience; 5+ years
preferred
One (1) year of experience with applicant tracking systems; 3+
years with Taleo preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
