Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative,
Nebraska-Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer-focused assistance to healthcare providers,
veterans, and beneficiaries regarding claims
Research and evaluate medical claims for proper adjudication and
document call activity
Maintain knowledge of VA regulations and assist as an effective
team member
Required Qualifications
Must reside in the state of Nebraska
High School Diploma or GED required
General office skills and knowledge of standard office
equipment
Working knowledge of software such as Excel and Word
Data entry and 10 key experience necessary
