Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to
assist customers with service requests and ensure satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and review customer service requests, scheduling
appointments, and verifying materials
Prepare schedules for service personnel and coordinate with
supervisors to address scheduling issues
Ensure customer complaints are resolved and communicate recurring
issues to relevant departments
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED with one year of related experience
and/or training
Bilingual experience preferred (English/Spanish)
Ability to learn about products related to installation
Must be organized and capable of multitasking
Intermediate math skills for calculations related to service
tasks
