Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Concierge to
manage client interactions and support throughout the real estate
transaction process.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a caseload of 375-600 files and manage multiple clients
with diverse program details
Convert leads into sales by educating customers on program benefits
and ensuring proactive follow-up
Act as a liaison between customers and real estate agents while
managing escalations professionally
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer service or real estate-related roles
Ability to handle a high volume of calls, emails, and texts
daily
Proven track record of achieving key metrics in customer enrollment
and satisfaction
Strong organizational skills to manage a diverse caseload
effectively
Familiarity with real estate processes and customer advocacy
