Are you burned out by impossible billable minimums, endless HR headaches, and a fixed W-2 salary that never reflects the actual revenue you generate? Autism Healthcare, LLC is a newly launching, in-home ABA agency focused on the Inland Regional Center (IRC). We are founded by an experienced local healthcare operator who already runs a highly successful medical staffing and back-office agency. We have the administrative engine completely built. Now, we need a true clinical partner to build the clinical engine. The "Zero Admin" Promise: As our Founding Clinical Director, you will do exactly what you went to school for: patient care. You will NEVER have to touch: RBT Recruiting & Onboarding, Insurance Credentialing & Billing, Payroll & HR, Business Operations or Compliance. Our dedicated back-office team handles 100% of the administration. Your Role (100% Clinical Focus): Design and finalize the agency’s clinical Program Design for Regional Center vendorization. Conduct in-home Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) in the Inland Empire. Develop evidence-based treatment plans and oversee caregiver training. Provide clinical supervision to the RBTs operating in your "pod." Build and dictate the clinical culture of the agency from day one. The Compensation (The Override Model): We do not cap your earning potential with a standard W-2 salary. We operate on a Clinical Director Override Model designed to scale your income as the agency grows: Premium Active Pay: Earn a high hourly rate ($65–$75/hr) for all direct clinical work, assessments, and supervision. Passive Revenue Override: Earn a continuous percentage override on the gross revenue generated by every RBT operating under your clinical direction. As you build your RBT team, your income scales infinitely. Requirements: Active BCBA Certification in good standing. Physically located in or near the Inland Empire (San Bernardino or Riverside County) for local, in-home assessments. Strong desire to build a clinical program from the ground up without the burden of business operations.
