Date) Schedule: 40 Hours per Week Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and
3rd Shift Weekends: Required (rotational) Openings: 2–3 Positions
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Respiratory Therapists to
join our clinical team on an ongoing contract basis. In this role,
you will provide comprehensive respiratory care services, ranging
from advanced mechanical ventilation management to fundamental
therapeutic treatments. This is an excellent opportunity for

care across multiple shifts. Key Responsibilities Administer
advanced respiratory therapies, including mechanical artificial
ventilation. Provide basic respiratory treatments such as
intermittent positive pressure breathing (IPPB), aerosol
treatments, sputum induction, and postural drainage. Accurately
document all treatment details and patient responses in medical
records. Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot all types of
ventilatory support equipment. Perform and interpret diagnostic
cardiopulmonary tests, including blood gas analysis and pulmonary
function testing. Participate actively in emergency and
resuscitative efforts as required. Clean, sterilize, assemble, and
perform minor maintenance on respiratory therapy equipment. Develop
and write respiratory care protocols. Provide staff training and
education related to respiratory procedures and equipment. Perform
additional duties as assigned to support patient care and
departmental operations. Qualifications Active Respiratory
Therapist license (state-specific as applicable). RRT or CRT
credential (preferred). BLS required; ACLS preferred. Strong
experience with ventilator management and critical care settings.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a
multidisciplinary team. Excellent documentation and communication
skills. Looking for Flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift,
including weekends. What We Offer Full-time hours (40 per week).
Ongoing contract stability with no predetermined end date.
