Medical Social Worker Location: Simi Valley, CA Agency: Windsor
Healthcare Recruitment Group, Inc. Pay: $2,607 per week Shift
Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 3/1/2026 About the Position description : Provides
services to patients and their families to deal with needs
incidental to their hospitalization. Provides counseling, support
and assistance in making transition plans. Provides direction for
routine aspects of non-medical problems of patients and their
families. Assists with the planning and post-discharge of patients
with outside agencies, nursing staff, and relatives. requirement :
Day Shift Sun - Thurs. 40hrs week, 8 hrs a day, can start between 8
and 9 am half hour lunch. Must have experience in social work, have
an MSW standard for CA. Have acute care experience and active
license. Must start ASAP. Need a true social worker, not case
managers. We need a candidate with more experience in acute
care/ED/homeless.Education and Work Degree in social work: Required
in CA and HIOne year experience in an acute or long term medical
setting: RequiredTwo years' experience in an acute or long term
medical setting: Preferred
