Job Description Job Description Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine / Internal Medicine) Compensation: Starting at $350,000 (negotiable) Sign-On Bonus Relocation Assistance Job Type: Full-time, in-person (4x10s preferred; 5x8s option available), NO ON CALL Location: Victorville, CA We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join a well-established, community-focused practice serving a diverse patient population from birth through geriatrics. This opportunity offers strong compensation, schedule flexibility, and robust clinical support in a collaborative outpatient setting. Internal Medicine and Pediatrics-trained candidates are also encouraged to apply. Pediatric coverage is available, and Advanced Practice Providers support pediatric visits when needed. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the lifespan Manage acute, chronic, and preventive care needs Maintain an average patient volume of approximately 22 patients per 10-hour day Collaborate closely with Advanced Practice Providers, nursing staff, and care teams Utilize strong nurse triage and telephone support systems Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record Deliver high-quality, patient-centered, culturally competent care Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program Board Eligible or Board Certified Active California medical license (or ability to obtain) New graduates welcome Benefits Competitive starting salary ($350K, negotiable based on experience) 4-day workweek No routine on-call responsibilities Strong clinical and administrative support Sign-on bonus (negotiable) Relocation assistance available Paid malpractice coverage Licensing fees covered CME stipend ($1,500–$2,000 annually) Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits PTO accrual starting at approximately 2 weeks (plus additional California-specific leave) Approximately 8 paid holidays annually PTO accrual increases with tenure
