This role involves providing high-quality patient care to a diverse population, monitoring cardiac telemetry, and ensuring smooth recovery for patients requiring continuous monitoring and medical-surgical care. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, experience with telemetry, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. /n/nKey Responsibilities:/n/n /n/t - Provide direct patient care in a Med-Surg/Telemetry unit, monitoring vital signs and telemetry readings /n/t - Perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and assist with treatment plans /n/t - Monitor and respond to changes in patient conditions promptly /n/t - Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions /n/t - Accurately document patient information in EPIC or other EMR systems /n/t - Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes /n /n/nQualifications:/n/n /n/t - Active RN License in CA (Required) /n/t - BLS & ACLS Certifications (Required) /n/t - Minimum 1-2 years of Med-Surg/Telemetry experience (Preferred) /n/t - Proficiency in telemetry monitoring & EKG interpretation /n/t - Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving, and time management skills /n Sable Corporation Job ID 2025-81.
