Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensed Pediatric Mental Health
Intake Therapist (Virtual) - 1099 Independent Contractor.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial intakes and assessments with K-12 students and
their guardians
Collaborate with other therapists to ensure smooth transitions into
services
Provide culturally relevant counseling and engage with school
personnel and families
Required Qualifications
Licensed as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed
Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health
Counselor (LMHC) without restrictions
Licensed in Iowa for a minimum of 3 years
Possess an additional license in specified states or be eligible to
apply for one
Ability to enroll with insurance companies, including Medicaid
Proficient in technology and able to navigate various software
applications
