Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pathology Support Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily direction and monitor productivity of the sample
review team to meet KPIs
Evaluate operations and provide feedback for improvement in
processes and team morale
Assist in daily operations, including training, staffing, and
performance appraisals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years related experience
At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory
role
Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures
Ability to handle PHI in compliance with privacy regulations
