Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enrollment Manager responsible for
driving enrollment growth and maximizing occupancy levels for
childcare centers.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with families to provide a high-quality enrollment
experience and manage a pipeline of prospective families
Exceed enrollment goals while maintaining strong relationships with
parents and center operators
Advocate for solutions to improve the enrollment process and
coordinate with Enrollment Support Specialists
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
2-3 years of experience in customer service, support, or sales
2+ years of experience in sales preferred
Ability to manage workload and prioritize projects effectively
Proficient in basic Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word,
Excel)
