Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Support and optimize core Account Management and Customer Success
workflows across portfolio companies
Build and maintain dashboards to track customer metrics and prepare
data-driven insights for reviews
Act as the primary liaison between Customer Success, Account
Management, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams
Required Qualifications
4+ years in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations,
Account Management Operations, or related roles in B2B SaaS
Strong financial modeling, revenue planning, and data analysis
skills
Experience building whitespace models
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker,
Tableau)
Proven ability to drive operational improvements through data
insights
