Job Description:
A company is looking for a Dental Director - Regulatory, Claims
& Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Review and ensure compliance of claims, referrals, and appeals with
state regulations
Participate in the development and maintenance of clinical
processing policies
Chair Quality Management Committees and ensure timely completion of
committee minutes
Required Qualifications
Dental Degree (DDS or DMD) and Dental License for the state of
Texas
Minimum of ten years in clinical dental practice
Preferred experience in the dental benefits industry
Thorough understanding of the dental insurance industry and claims
management
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
