Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in product management or growth roles for
B2C software products
Expertise in experimentation frameworks, funnel optimization, and
data-driven decision-making
Proven leadership experience in building and mentoring growth or
product teams
Track record of driving conversion rate improvements and user
retention
Strong execution skills with the ability to balance strategic
planning and hands-on management
