Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client communication regarding retention channel performance
and campaign direction
Develop effective Email and SMS strategies to drive revenue growth
for clients
Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights for
optimization
Required Qualifications
Holistic understanding of eCommerce and Email & SMS Marketing
Preferred experience with Klayvio or similar email marketing
platforms
Prior experience in Account Management with the ability to manage
multiple accounts
1+ years of comprehensive experience with eCommerce platforms
Proven track record of increasing retention-driven revenue and
lifetime value
