Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist with
experience in the pet care industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead onboarding and implementation for new SMB & mid-market pet
care businesses
Design onboarding plans tailored to each customer's operational
model
Work closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a
seamless transition and customer handoff
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on operations experience in the pet care industry
or 3+ years of customer onboarding experience
Experience managing or supporting 5+ locations
Experience working with software vendors and deploying tech across
teams or facilities
Empathy for small business owners and a passion for helping them
succeed
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly
