Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Program Director to drive
strategic initiatives and align IT with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the CIO and IT leaders to advance strategic
initiatives and oversee IT projects
Create executive reports and presentations to communicate IT
progress and insights to leadership
Design governance frameworks to prioritize projects and optimize
resource allocation
Required Qualifications
Deep understanding of healthcare technology, revenue cycle
management (RCM), or enterprise IT environments
Strong grasp of modern enterprise IT, including cloud platforms and
AI-driven data strategies
Experience leading cross-functional IT initiatives with a focus on
execution and delivery
Ability to prepare high-quality executive briefings and reports for
leadership
Familiarity with IT budgeting and vendor management processes is
preferred
