community manager, you will help the owner to build a vibrant
community. We are seeking an individual that has amazing energy and
is always happy to be the front face of Colab Space. You will help
grow the community with excellent sales and operational skills
while providing great member experiences. This role will frequently
develop creative contents, moderate online and offline marketing
activities to promote our business. -Goals & Objectives
- Maintenance of 100% occupancy by achieving sales goals
- Ensuring that the office space is fully operational and
processes are running smoothly
- Maintaining company standards and expectations
- Build a strong, efficient and collaborative working
environmentDuties & ResponsibilitiesSales
- Tour and sell space to new members by articulating Colab
Space's value proposition and mission
- Identify the needs of prospective and existing members and
recommend tailored solutions and be responsive to their needs
- Research prospective members in your sales pipeline and develop
tailored sales pitches to meet their needs, ensuring all follow-up
and closing requirements are addressed, must cc inbound and
outbound emails with Jade
- Develop and implement lead generation and sales conversion
strategies to maintain 100% occupancy
- Connect with local organizations and attend networking events
to promote Colab Space's community and identify potential
members
- Prepare daily and weekly overviews of prospective members for
rest of Community Team; share this information during Daily Stand
Up and daily sales callsCommunity Management & Events
- Manage all space operations and communicate with market support
to ensure highest level of member satisfaction
- Support the planning and supervision of educational,
professional and personal development events based on members'
needs and requests, assist with set-up and clean-up of events
- Ensure a gracious arrival experience for all members,
prospective members and guests of members while maintaining the
necessary level of building security
- Solve member-related issues to ensure a cohesive community and
manage member expectations
- Generate great Google review & Yelp! reviews
- Meet with members to resolve issues, process member
terminations and other issues of complexitySpace Management
- Make recommendations to ownership on any repairs, maintenance,
or updates required in your space
- Analyze tickets by area to identify and resolve issues
presented, i.e. insufficient cleaning staff, repeating IT-related
failures, malfunctioning conference room equipment, etc.
- Set priorities using ticket data and clearly communicate
adjustments to teamPersonnel Management
- Train Community Coordinator and part time event staff
- Make sure processes are being followed and event schedules are
covered forExperience & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Highly organized and attention to details
- 3+ years sales experience (ideally in addition to prior events
and/or operations experience hospitality or retail with customer
service focus)
- Project management and business operations experience
required
- Event planning experience required
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Social media marketing experience is a plus
- Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility,
accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
- HardworkingCompensation:
- Hourly: $25-$30/hr subject to experience and skill level -
