Maintenance Engineer Job Summary We are seeking a skilled
Maintenance Engineer to join our facilities team and provide
essential technical expertise for maintaining and preserving our
building's physical assets and equipment. The ideal candidate will
excel in preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM),
corrective maintenance (CM), emergency maintenance (EM), and
unplanned repairs. This role requires a team-oriented professional
who thrives in structured environments with a strong focus on
troubleshooting, safety protocols, planning, and comprehensive
documentation. Key Responsibilities Equipment Management &
Maintenance Execute comprehensive maintenance programs including
preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance
procedures Respond immediately to equipment breakdowns and
coordinate repairs to minimize operational downtime Assess
equipment failures and implement rapid response strategies
Troubleshoot and determine appropriate repair methodologies Work
with specialized equipment including milling machines, abrasive
water jet systems, foam cutting technologies, and automotive paint
systems Documentation & Communication Utilize computer programs to
track work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment status
Maintain detailed documentation of all maintenance activities and
repairs Communicate equipment status and repair strategies
effectively with the Facility Manager Project Support Support
special projects including scheduled maintenance shutdowns Provide
flexible off-shift and on-call support as operational needs require
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Required
Qualifications Technical Skills Proven experience in maintenance
and equipment repair Strong mechanical , electrical, and
troubleshooting abilities Experience with industrial equipment
maintenance preferred Core Competencies Excellent problem-solving
skills with ability to work effectively under pressure during
emergency situations Strong verbal and written communication skills
for vendor interactions and team collaboration Demonstrated ability
to prioritize multiple activities and manage time effectively
Physical capability for hands-on maintenance work including
lifting, climbing, and working in industrial environments
Technology & Communication Basic computer literacy required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
preferred Ability to learn proprietary and specialized maintenance
software (on-the-job training provided) Strong interpersonal skills
for effective team collaboration Work Style Ability to work
independently or as a team with minimal supervision Strong team
player mentality Flexibility for varied work schedules including
off-shifts and on-call availabilit y as needed Working Conditions
This position involves hands-on maintenance work, emergency
response situations, vendor coordination, and on-call availability.
The role requires physical demands including lifting, climbing, and
working with various tools and equipment in potentially challenging
