take you. Job Summary: Reporting to the Region VP, the Director
will lead the station supporting aviation ground operations. The
Director will manage customer relationships and contracts, foster a
culture of safety and top performance, and advance the company's

compensation Job Duties: Builds effective partnerships with
internal departments, outside vendors, contractors, business
partners, communities and other business entities and identifies
new business opportunities. Ensures appropriate staffing at
assigned locations, promotes team building initiatives and performs
coaching/mentoring activities to develop and motivate team members.
Ensures information is communicated in a clear, comprehensive
manner. Sets, measures and manages performance of self and others
and leads team members in achieving/exceeding operational and
financial objectives and goals. Delegates responsibility and holds
others accountable against operational performance criteria and
assists individuals with skills development to become a high
performing contributor. Monitors and enforces safe working
conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi
policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws. Promotes
and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anti-Harassment and

assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities
expected for this position. Qualifications: Must have experience in
airline ground handling services. Must have the ability to
identify, evaluate and refine operational and financial results and
manage to meet target performance. Must be able to lead team
members effectively, as well as coach and develop individuals
toward meeting corporate and individual goals. Lead innovation by
teaching, consensus-building, and project execution. Ability to
manage multiple priorities and be self-starting on tasks within
area of expertise. Ability to lead and demonstrate initiative and
work well in a team environment Excellent oral and written
communication skills and a solid decision-maker with exceptional
analytical skills. Must be able to obtain credentials required as
per airport or state or customs requirements. Supervisory
experience is required. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree
or equivalent work experience. Minimum of four years in an aviation
ground operations station or regional leadership position, with
specialized leadership training preferred. Physical requirements:
Must be able to frequently push, pull, stoop, squat, kneel, bend,
lift up to 70lbs and move up to 70lbs; and constantly walk, stand,
handle, grasp and reach out. May have to reach above shoulder
occasionally. Working conditions: You will need to have flexibility
to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays
and overtime. We operate in a shift bid environment. Must be able
to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment.
