Job Description:
Volt is hiring for a 2nd Shift Lead CNC Machinist in South El

Set up and operate HAAS CNC lathes with precision and efficiency.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine job scope and
specifications. Edit and troubleshoot G-code as needed to ensure
optimal machine performance. Use calipers, micrometers, and hand
tools to verify part dimensions and quality. Maintain a clean,
safe, and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members
and supervisors to meet production goals. Requirements 2 years of
hands-on experience in CNC lathe setup, program editing, and
operation. Strong understanding of G-code and CNC programming
fundamentals. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and
interpreting blueprints. Solid algebra skills and basic math
proficiency. Skilled in precision measurement and working with
tight tolerances. Familiarity with quality control and safety
protocols in a manufacturing setting. Strong mechanical aptitude
and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and critical
thinking abilities. Adaptability to changing priorities and
production needs. Keen attention to detail and ability to monitor
processes effectively. Shift Hours: Monday-Friday from 3:30pm to
12am Hourly Pay: $23.00-$30.00 *Pay range offered to a successful
candidate will be based on several factors, including the
candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job
