Job Description:
A company is looking for a Career and Placement Coach, Law.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual coaching and support to Law Pathway students,
focusing on career exploration and skills development
Partner with the Law Career Pathway Director to support internship
and job recruitment for Scholars
Develop and implement career development programming and resources
for Scholars in the legal industry
Required Qualifications:
A Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school is required
Minimum one year of professional experience
Strong knowledge of legal career paths and the employment
landscape
Deep understanding of the college-to-career journey for
first-generation and economically disadvantaged students
Experience using a database for documentation and reporting
(Salesforce preferred)
