Job Description:
CSR Clerk Onsite, IL Overview of Responsibilities: Primary
duties may include, but are not limited to: Responsible for
enrollment, billing activities and/or maintaining assigned
accounts. Responds to incoming calls and may initiate outgoing
calls, providing customer service to plan members, providers and
employer groups by answering enrollment and general billing
questions, resolving issues and educating callers. Verifies
enrollment status, makes changes to records, researches and
resolves enrollment system rejections; addresses a variety of
enrollment questions and/or concerns received by phone or mail.
Responsible for billing late enrollees. Responds to inquiries
concerning enrollment processes. Maintains enrollments/terminations
in all databases for all products. Notifies Admins for missing
information. Maintains customer Adhoc requests. Processes CMS
reporting information. Screens all forms and data for all paperwork
received for new group and/or group re-classing benefits.
Thoroughly documents inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and
analysis. Overseas the facility needs supplies or building
maintenance. Open and distribute USPS mail multiple times a day
Organizes and files the group folders Accountable for mailing all
Non-CRA, CRA, unsigned/mail to admin checks, and EOB’s after audits
are performed twice monthly. Also audits/mails all checks weekly on
Fridays and mails all invoice notices to groups monthly.
Oversee/Prepares the Breakroom Calendar and maintenance. Performs
basic job functions with help from co-workers, specialists and
managers on non-basic issues. Requirements: Requires a HS diploma
or GED. Up to 1 year of related experience; or any combination of
education and experience, which would provide an equivalent
background. Must be able to reliably travel to the Illinois office
Monday-Friday. Compensation Hourly Range: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
Actual compensation may vary from posting based on work experience,
education, and/or skill level. * The hourly or salary range is the
range Warner Pacific in good faith believes is the range of
possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
The Company may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
