Stop Loss Reporting Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Stop Loss Reporting Analyst to support the Stop Loss Team in managing monthly reporting for Specific and Aggregate Claims.
Key Responsibilities

Review Stop Loss contracts and ensure timely setup of new and renewing stop loss groups
Generate and update Monthly Trigger Reports and deliver monthly reports to carriers
Communicate regularly with departments, vendors, clients, and prepare reports for leadership

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in stop loss, excess loss, reinsurance, or a related industry
Proficiency in Excel and comfort with data analysis
Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to a deadline-driven environment
Fast learner with strong analytical and decision-making skills
Experience with systems such as Ringmaster, Javelina, and HRP is a plus
