time front office assistant. Experience in health care front office
a must. This is a busy office and being able to multi-task is
essential. Spanish speaking a plus since we have a large hispanic
patient base. You will be expected to answer the phone, make
appointments using our EHR, verify insurance, collect co-pays and
submit for authorizations when needed. We need a friendly upbeat
positive personality and reliability is important. You will need to
be able to work in both offices.
