Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Account Senior
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct follow-up activities on patient accounts, including
resolving disputed balances and ensuring timely payments
Assist in training new staff and support team members with
backlogged accounts
Participate in special projects and maintain productivity and
quality standards in account management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent education
2-5 years of experience in medical/hospital insurance-related
collections
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
Intermediate knowledge of insurance billing and collections
terminology
Minimum typing requirement of 45 words per minute
