Job Description:

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Credit & Collections.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise billing and collections processes to maximize cash flow
Coach and develop staff to improve production and resolve patient complaints
Ensure compliance with billing regulations and manage aging claims effectively

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of leadership experience
Knowledge of medical billing and collection practices
Expertise in medical terminology and insurance coding (HCPC/ICD-9)
Ability to train staff on policies and procedures
